the air conditioning was not functional . i was not informed of this before payment. the room felt cramped, and i believe the cost did not reflect the value. i do not plan to return.

the location was fantastic, near the st george's metro so it was very accessible. the room was spacious, clean, and well-presented.. i appreciated the luggage storage after checkout. the staff was always lovely and helpful, despite the busy olympics period.

the hotel did not inform me about the lack of air conditioning before my arrival.

The staff gave excellent recommendations. the room was nice and clean with a well-kept interior design. i also appreciated the tote bag and steel water bottle upon arrival. What an unexpected surprise!

I wish i was informed that the air conditioning was not working. That would have been nice.
