water dispenser convenient feature friendly staff air conditioning heating garbage smell

i stayed in a room near the water dispenser on the mezzanine level, a convenient feature. the staff was friendly and always greeted me warmly. i really enjoyed the easy access to the tram and metro.

the air conditioning only provided heat, it wasn't cooling. the elevators smelled bad, like rotting garbage. i definitely noticed the smell each time i used them.

the staff at the reception desk were very helpful . the hotel provided excellent breakfasts with fresh orange juice. i found the location very convenient, especially because of its proximity to the exhibition center right across the street.

The hotel rooms felt a little cold . The heating was not working properly.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

The breakfast was acceptable, I guess.

The room was quite cold, even after I turned on the heating. It seemed completely ineffective. A flickering bathroom light was annoying, and the sink drained so slowly it nearly overflowed. I told the reception multiple times but nothing happened. I found this particularly disappointing.

Convenient Stay Near the Expo

The location worked very well for attending the Expo Centre. It stands just across the street. The room presented nice fittings and cleanliness. Breakfast options proved delicious providing a satisfying start to the day.

The elevator smelled of decaying garbage creating an unpleasant experience. The air conditioning only produced heat even in spring. I had to open the windows for comfort which introduced traffic noise.
