small room broken air conditioning

The staff was helpful a positive aspect.

The room was small i did not like it at ALL. The bed felt smaller than advertised the room was dark with some walls painted black this darkened the mood. The air conditioning did not work so the stuffy room was noisy at night.

ill-fitting door small size

The location was convenient enough, close to the main attractions.

My room felt cramped due to its small size, and the ill-fitting sliding door to the bathroom offered little privacy and insulation from noise. I think the price did not match the overall quality of the room.

strategic location multiple options comfortable bed

The location rocks! i could easily walk to the palace i went to some really cool restaurants right around the corner. breakfast had so many options. I was super happy. it was amazing. the bed was very comfortable, it let me sleep great!

the underground parking felt a bit tight to navigate, and i was always scared to scratch my car.

filtered water helpful staff comfy bed

I found filtered water readily available in the lobby. The staff seemed friendly and helpful . The bedroom itself was large and featured a big , comfy bed.

Parking felt very tight , making maneuvering slightly difficult.
