The room? tiny. seriously, i seemed like i was in a dollhouse. and the bill... ugh. they charged me for extra tourist taxes. I was supposedly two people when i was very much just one! the night manager couldn't fix it so, i guess i'm dealing with that now. what a joy.

The location is good. Three metro lines are within a short walk. A supermarket is conveniently located across the road. It's very helpful. The breakfast WAS excellent! The staff members were very pleasant and helpful. Our room received daily cleaning around 15:00.

The ac was not working. The room felt super small. The bathroom didn't have soap on the sink, only inside the shower! The false ceiling in the shower had spots, maybe MOLD.

the location near the metro station was very practical. i found the staff to be helpful with directions. the room it had a functional layout. the daily cleaning service maintained a acceptable standard.

the room size it was smaller than expected. the air conditioning made more noise then it cooled. the bathroom it had a very basic amenities. the television it only has few channels.

the hotel had a 24/7 service with drinks. i found several restaurants near the hotel. i appreciated that the staff was helpful and friendly. the hotel is also secure since you need to ring the doorbell for entry.

the towels provided were not as soft as those in other hotels.
