I wanted quick access to gare du nord and this location was perfect. it was only an 18-minute walk. the neighborhood was quiet but offered good food options. the gentleman at the front desk was polite. His professionalism made all the difference!!!

the hotel did not provide complimentary drinking water. i needed water in the middle of the night to take medicine, but they refused, stating they don't provide it.

charming stay near montmartre

i appreciated the short walk to gare du nord it took only 18 minutes. the neighborhood felt quiet however i did find some nice food options. the staff member at the front desk was very polite i found that very professional. i was upgraded to a double room it featured a lovely street view that was a nice surprise.

the streets were empty at night it was difficult to find a convenience store.

the reception area was nice it offered a cute space . the staff had good english skills making communication easier. free soft drinks and cakes are available between 3pm and 5pm it is a very nice touch.

the location is convenient with main attractions within walking distance. the basilica sacre coeur and moulin rouge are quite close. pigalle metro station is nearby providing easy transportation access. the area felt safe even when traveling alone as a female.

The reception area felt inviting. A friendly staff member, maybe Eric, offered superb assistance. He knew the area well. The location proved convenient, with easy access to transit.

The soundproofing could be better. I heard some noise from neighboring rooms, a minor distraction.

The reception staff was very helpful. They provided clear directions daily. I had a room on one of the higher floors. It had windows that opened to the rooftops. The bed was very comfortable.

The reception area was clean and fresh.

My room turned out to be an attic room, VERY different from the photos I saw online. They mentioned a possible room change, but nothing happened. This situation DISAPPOINTED me. The hairdryer also required the bathroom light to be on in order to function.
