The reception staff was very helpful. They provided clear directions daily. I had a room on one of the higher floors. It had windows that opened to the rooftops. The bed was very comfortable.

The desk in the room was quite small.

The reception area looked clean and fresh.

My room turned out to be an attic room, VERY different from the photos I saw online. They mentioned a possible room change, but nothing happened. This situation DISAPPOINTED me. The hairdryer also required the bathroom light to be on in order to function.
