The hotel has a cat roaming around, I didn't think that was appropriate. The room was very small. The walls are not soundproof, so I could hear a lot of noise. There was no coffee station, it was pretty annoying.

I appreciated the friendly and cute staff. The breakfast featured fresh-squeezed orange juice and delicious butter. I found the location convenient, being close to the train station. The room also had a complimentary chocolate bar upon arrival.

The shower was raised slightly above the floor, which posed a minor slipping hazard.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, near the Gare du Nord. My room was clean. It provided a comfortable stay. I was able to easily access transportation options, great for smooth travel throughout the city.

The staff stored my luggage after checkout, very convenient for my plans. They were always attentive and ready to assist with requests. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for .

The hotel provides elevator access to upper floors, although the door on floor 5 seemed a little temperamental. A charming cat resides at the hotel. The location allows easy walks to Palais Garnier and Grands Boulevards.

the location was really good , close to many restaurants and a metro station. i found nice products in my room , and all the staff were very friendly. their resident cat chiro was a highlight , a very unique touch. i was lucky to get such a special accommodation.

the wifi code was not easy to find , requiring a trip back downstairs to ask for it.
