convenient location friendly staff

the hotel is located near many shops and a bakery. the metro is only ten meters away, providing easy access to the gare du nord with just five stops. staff members were friendly, and the rooms were clean. i found the shower nice and hot (a real treat after a long day).

i was charged extra for having a twin bed in the room for two nights. every small request seemed to incur an additional fee. this approach did not encourage me to consider a return visit in the future.

the room had clean towels, replaced every morning. the room was also cleaned daily (a welcome touch). an air conditioner and a lift were available, offering added convenience .

excellent location convenient metro nearby restaurants broken elevator unsafe neighborhood poor wi-fi

the location was excellent, close to the metro. it made getting around quite easy (i really appreciated this). there were many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. the room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.

the elevator was often out of service. i had to climb the stairs to the 5th floor a few times. the neighborhood felt unsafe at times. the wi-fi didn't reach my room.

convenient location friendly staff good price

the hotel is located close to a metro line. the metro ride to the center takes only ten minutes. friendly staff greeted me at the hotel. plenty of bakeries are also nearby. the air conditioning worked well. the room was clean. i found the price to be very good.

the intersection outside was a bit noisy at times.

Many restaurants and fast food options were easy to access. i tried salmon with mashed potatoes. It tasted quite good. there is also a shop offering food items close to the premises.

the double room was clean. the beds were comfortable. my room had air conditioning. a nice hot shower was available. the room was also equipped with usb charging ports.

The hotel includes an elevator in the building. it was repaired very quickly. the personnel was polite and helpful. i especially valued the blackout blinds. They worked very well.
