the staff provided excellent service. the location is quite good. the renovated rooms are clean. i had a quiet room . the candy in the lobby was a nice touch. the bed and shower were also great.

the location were fantastic for getting around. i found it easy to walk to many attractions. the included breakfast saved me time each morning. staff were responsive when i required assistance.
the room was smaller than i anticipated. i could hear some street noise at night, but it weren't overly disruptive.

the location worked great. i walked to place vendôme in minutes. the staff was helpful. they upgraded my room. this was a lovely surprise after landing. the bathroom had great size.
i noticed city charges at the hotel. the reception girl added it to my card.

The staff assisted me with my request for two rooms close to each other. I appreciated the location a lot. It is convenient for seeing the sights. The location is also wonderfully quiet. I liked having water, coffee, and tea available in the lobby.
The air conditioning was not working . I was informed that the AC is only activated during June, July, and August.
