the room was small it was difficult to move around with luggage. the air conditioning did not work properly despite setting a temperature it remained on fan mode leaving me cold. staff seemed unhelpful in resolving these issues they did offer another room but it had similar problems

I found the staff super friendly. The hotel was very clean and beautiful, which I loved. Its location is central, close to the top tourist spots. Experiencing a local neighborhood was possible, a major plus.
The walls are a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

The staff provided very nice service. The receptionist gave me a map and great tips. The support and warmth enhanced my stay greatly and i felt totally cared for at all times.

The room featured stylish, retro decor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept soundly each night. The shower pressure was excellent, and the water was nice and hot. Such a plus after a day out!

The hotel boasts an excellent location. The metro is very close by at only two blocks. There are plenty of boulangeries and restaurants nearby, therefore you'll have everything you need close at hand.

I found the room perfectly sized for a solo traveler. The bathroom had modern fixtures. I found the bed comfortable and clean. The hotel is near multiple restaurants and a large shopping center.

the staff were attentive and quick to address requests i made. i found the location had easy access to public transportation routes. the room provided a clean and organized space which suited my needs well during my brief visit.
i noticed the sound isolation was not optimal between rooms.
