The location is really good, very close to many local cafes and restaurants. The hotel is also near a metro station, a short three-minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful . I especially appreciated the cleanliness of my room and hotel in general.
The room was slightly smaller than I expected, but this was a very minor issue.

I found the front desk staff were helpful, and they communicated easily. the metro was a few minutes walk. The eiffel tower was ten minutes distant. many cafes, restaurants, and shops surround the building, perfect! i thought the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The shower felt small, and i found myself bumping my elbow! it made turning around difficult. I wished for more space.

The staff at the reception area were quite professional and cute. they provided excellent service with great attentiveness and swift responses. I felt cared for and valued as a guest. they also assisted me with directions.
