great shopping friendly staff modern amenities distracted clerk lacking service missing instructions

the location was perfect! it was super close to great shopping and attractions. the staff was so friendly and always ready to help. the room was beautiful and had such modern amenities!

the overall service was unsatisfactory! the clerk at check-in seemed distracted and didn't provide much information about the hotel or its amenities. there were no instructions for contacting housekeeping or other services. we was like we were waiting forever for assistance, and even the night manager couldn't find an attendant when the phone rang!

bathroom hairs street noise

the staff was friendly. (i did appreciate that)

the room was not properly cleaned. i found hairs in the bathroom and on the bed. the noise from the street was bothersome at night. this made it difficult to sleep well.
