I found the elevator small, it barely fit two people with luggage. This made getting to my floor quite inconvenient. the breakfast lacked variety, the options felt limited and not very appealing, disappointing.

the staff are super friendly and helpful! malik at check-in was so wonderful. the location is awesome and very close to a major metro station. our room was ready early, this was a big bonus after a long travel day!

the elevator is tiny, it will only accommodate 1 person, and it isn't easy to turn around.

The location was GREAT. It put me near many good restaurants and cafes. The staff was helpful in finding some wine glasses for me . I REALLY appreciated that.

The lift was small. I ALSO found it to be quite slow. The doors slammed shut loudly. It disrupted my sleep. This happened each time my neighbors walked in and out of their room.

The staff was genuinely kind. Shakir at the front desk provided excellent support during check-in and throughout my stay. The location is also really convenient. Many shops and restaurants are close by!

The elevator felt a bit small. The cleaning service didn't change towels one day.
