SUPERIOR Amenities and Convenient Location

The bathroom featured GREAT fixtures and marble walls. The bed ensured a comfortable sleep, and the room showed really good cleanliness. High-quality coffee-making facilities were available in the lobby, which I found VERY convenient.
The noise from the street was significant. Because the room became stuffy, opening the windows was necessary for cooling.

The staff members were an asset to this hotel. Every staff member I interacted with was both helpful and cheerful. They readily stored suitcases, and the overall service was competent.

The location offered excellent transport links, with many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. A train station was a short, two-minute walk from the location, offering MANY advantages. This area looked quite.

useful refrigerator secure safe
i liked that my room had a refrigerator. the included hairdryer was helpful for managing my hair. i also used the safe for storing my laptop.
the air conditioner made it difficult to properly close the curtains. this was frustrating because the courtyard lights shined directly into the room. i had to find a way to keep the light out so i could sleep.

the venue is near multiple cafes, restaurants, and a metro station. saint lazare station is less than five minutes by foot, this making transit easy. it's super convenient for exploring attractions.

the staff were kind to me. sultan, a receptionist, gave me an iron and ironing board. he also answered all my questions with patience.

i found the staff helpful and pleasant . the room was well maintained, it had a great modern style. the hotel's proximity to the metro made getting around effortless. the location was great to many local bakeries, and that was fantastic.
the key policy requires you hand the keys back to reception when leaving. this felt a little odd.

the reception is available 24/7. every day the room received cleaning service. towels were changed and beds were made daily, it was nice.

close metro service minded staff big bed quiet street
i liked how close it was to the metro and some nice restaurants. the staff was service minded, it helps a lot when you are traveling. the room was clean, the bed big, and everything was in order. i did appreciate the quiet street location a lot.
The breakfast wasn't exactly what i expected. It didn't quite aligned with the food capital reputation.

misleading impression inconvenient policy
The room size was a real issue. the photos online definitely gave a misleading impression (i felt deceived, honestly). also, i was really annoyed by the key policy. I had to leave my key at reception every time i left the hotel. i found this inconvenient and frankly, a bit insulting.
