The superior room was very clean. The bed and pillows offered great comfort. Breakfast had lovely choices. It catered well with options that tasted nice. Staff members were very friendly and nice to talk with.
The parking felt tight in the car park.

The hotel had an earlier check-in time at 1 PM, unlike most places. They also allowed early arrivals to leave cars in the car park. An iron and ironing board were available which I always need when travelling for work.

Rooms were clean, tidy and functional! The room provided a fan, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities. A good selection of drinks were available in the room and the duvet was changed to a summer tog.

The hotel is right in the centre of town. It is about a ten-minute walk to shops, the market, pubs, and restaurants. The location was perfect, it was close to everything, though the parking was expensive.

the breakfast tasted fantastic. it was very delicious and nice. the location allowed me walking distance to town and all shops. the hotel charmed me.
The bed felt uncomfortable, and very hard. I experienced a very bad night's sleep. the room did not meet the standard expected for the price paid.

great choice good-sized car park
Breakfast offered a great choice, including well cooked food. the hotel features a good-sized car park (very convenient!) and the location allows easy access to the town centre. the staff was pleasant and helpful. I found my room bright and clean.
the bathroom was small. there were decoration issues with the skirting near the shower. the charge seemed expensive to me based on the facilities available.

polite staff excellent breakfast birthday treat great location
the location is great. i found the staff very courteous. the breakfast was excellent with nicely prepared food. the room upgrade for my special birthday was an unexpected treat.
the skirting near the shower in the bathroom had some decoration issues.
