The superior room was very clean. The bed and pillows offered great comfort. Breakfast had lovely choices. It catered well with options that tasted nice. Staff members were very friendly and nice to talk with.

the room was lovely and so clean. i stayed in a standard room which was a good size. it included well-stocked coffee and tea facilities. the bathroom also had some amenities.
the room we stayed in was up steep stairs. it was very small so we were in the tudor annex. parking was tight in the car park. service by staff was not very cute..

Breakfast offered a great choice, including well cooked food. the hotel features a good-sized car park (very convenient!) and the location allows easy access to the town centre. the staff was pleasant and helpful. I found my room bright and clean.
the bathroom was small. there were decoration issues with the skirting near the shower. the charge seemed expensive to me based on the facilities available.
