the noise really bothered me. i booked what they called the 'victoria suite'. the air conditioning unit was faulty. ringing the emergency contact got me only voicemail. at 12:15am, i just left.

i booked a room last minute and was met with a warm welcome. the grounds are landscaped well. i noticed a pond with an ornamental crocodile. there was ample parking space available, a feature i value highly.
my coffee cup wasn't swapped on the second night. the coffee also wasn't topped up. it wasn't the end of the world, but i did notice it.

The grounds were beautiful. I saw goats, a lovely surprise. dogs are welcome in one of the bars, and they can stay at the hotel (good to know for future visits). the decor created a comfortable atmosphere. the staff welcomed me with smiles, providing information about the area.
The beer quality wasn't consistent. The lines might need better cleaning.

I noticed the staff exhibited really good professionalism and attentiveness. Breakfast included AMAZING produce. I especially enjoyed the selection of local cheeses. The hotel grounds feature landscaped gardens and a charming pond complete with an ornamental crocodile.
I found the drink service in the bar area somewhat slow during peak hours. It was occasionally difficult to get the bartender's attention amidst the other guests. This is an area where improvements could enhance the overall experience.
