Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Brathay Lodge is known for its clean and spacious rooms, some offering lovely views, and bathrooms that are modern with good water pressure. Its central Ambleside location is a highlight for many, placing guests conveniently near the village center, shops, and dining, as well as providing easy access to walking routes. Guests particularly appreciate the varied continental breakfast, including fresh fruit, although some have found the parking charges a bit high. The triple rooms are great for families, effectively creating two separate spaces with a curtain and TVs in both.
