Really good Stay with Wonderful Service

The staff were helpful and professional. They ensured my stay was seamless from start to finish. My room had a comfortable bed and quality linen. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast with tasty sausages. The location provided mountain views and open country. It was a very peaceful spot.

The soundproofing wasn't great and I could hear noise from other rooms.

The breakfast was piping hot and well presented , and I found the sausages to be of particularly good quality. There was a good choice of foods , and the portions were ample. I certainly enjoyed the taste of the berry jam.

The hotel has a relaxed car parking layout , , made arrival and departure simple and quick. My well heated room had plenty of natural light , even in winter. I appreciated the attention to detail and character in my room.

stained carpetpoor service

the room carpet showed stains and was unclean i also found cobwebs within the room. i requested wine glasses at reception only to be told i must ask the bar staff directly. the bar staff then said they do not provide glasses so i could not enjoy wine in my room. this lack of service was unacceptable and greatly impacted my stay.

i appreciated the immaculate rooms and the friendly staff. sunday lunch was perfect. the staff and the food were really good.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were thin. There were no spares. i found it difficult to park at night, the parking space was small.
