The staff showed kindness and helpfulness at all times. Shogo offered generous help with my questions and directions. I also thank the staff for helping me book a local tea activity in Japanese.

The room lacked practical amenities. I had only two hangers and no space to store clothes or bags, an issue.

i found this art hotel very interesting. the room i stayed in had a unique art installation. the staff were helpful when i asked about local spots for dinner. i really liked the bar in the lobby area, they had special drinks.

the breakfast choices were limited, and i had to order the day before.

the rooms lack furniture. i saw two chairs on the website picture, but none were in my room. i knew the rooms are artworks, but i expected the room to match the description and pictures.

The staff was super helpful. They provided umbrellas and held our bags after checkout! The shower had amazing pressure. I also appreciated the mini-fridge in the room!

The room was a bit too minimalist. There weren't many places to put clothes.
