Excellent Stay Near the Station

great value clean room relaxing experience helpful staff

I found very nice value at this hotel, specifically given the proximity to transit. My room was clean and a good size. I used the on-site onsen, and it was a relaxing experience. Front desk staff helped me ship my luggage to another city, and I thought this service was useful.

My room was quite small. Space was limited when two suitcases were open.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. I found it chaotic when it first opened. The food had great variety, including local dishes. This gave me a good start to my day.

The room included pajamas to use , and I thought that was a nice touch. The bathroom provided good amenities. I appreciated having this in my room. Everything was clean.

Laundry facilities were available and free. my clothes came out of the dryer still damp. The hotel also provided a spa with separate pools for men and women. I found this quite relaxing.

The front desk staff spoke English, and I could easily communicate with them. They answered questions I had. The staff assisted me with shipping my luggage, and they are very lovely.

fantastic stay near the station

great location spacious room relaxing onsen

the hotel's proximity to the train station was a plus (it made day trips so easy). i loved the spacious room with the large beds and comfortable pillows. the onsen was a real treat after a long day, it made my evenings so much more relaxing.

the walls seemed a bit thin, and i could sometimes hear noise from the corridor, slightly disruptive.

the standard twin room included separate toilet and bathroom facilities. the room featured air conditioning that did not blow directly onto the bed. the provided amenities included facial cleanser, cleansing oil, lotion and lotion.

the staff provided complimentary water daily (a nice touch). the front desk staff were helpful and greeted me upon arrival and departure. ice was available on the second floor free of charge.
