the room had dust and the cleaning service was terrible. i stayed for several days so this made me UNCOMFORTABLE. daily cleaning provided bare minimum service and my used teacups were not cleaned during the entire stay. i found this shocking

the location near the train station was very convenient. the hotel offered complimentary ice cream, a nice touch. i appreciated the modern design and the clean facilities. the breakfast offered a good variety of choices, very convenient.
the wifi was not very stable, i experienced some connectivity issues. this made it difficult to rely on it for work or streaming. i suggest that the hotel improves the wifi.

The hotel provided free ice cream in the lobby. It was a nice treat.
The breakfast was a real letdown. It reminded me of a school cafeteria. the food wasn't very good and there was a distinct lack of appealing sweet options. it mostly consisted of salty, japanese-style dishes, which i didn't care for.
