i found the staff to be very friendly. the subway was conveniently close , as were many restaurants. the room was very very comfy and tidy. i also appreciated the location, with many tourist sights easily accessible. it was central and allowed easy walking to restaurants and transportation.

i found the onsen use fee to be a drawback. charging guests extra for access seemed unnecessary , considering other included amenities. it would be much better if it were included in the overall room rate.

the room was spacious and well-appointed. the beds were soft and comfortable. the room's cleanliness was particularly noteworthy. the bathroom was also great , with all the amenities one might expect.

I found multilingual staff ready to assist! services were delivered as promised. the location is conveniently central for sightseeing and shopping. it is easy to access transportation to the countryside. the amenities included modern features, good hot water, and bidet toilets.

The air conditioning made strange noises. I hope they consider servicing the air conditioning units soon.
