Central Location and Helpful Staff

The hotel is very close to supermarkets and a lot of restaurants. The subway station is about a 550-meter walk. The hotel provides unlimited coffee, matcha, and water for free. Daily cleaning was part of our stay which was good.

The bathroom smelled like mildew, activating allergies. The smell was stronger in the bathroom. I needed to wear a mask inside.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful with directions. The reception is open 24 hours for late check-in. They can store luggage. they receive and forward luggage to other locations.

i found the staff really friendly and helpful. the free coffee in the lobby was a welcome bonus, we loved that. the location proved super convenient with transport options and a supermarket right beside the hotel.

the room was very clean, and it comfortably fit two suitcases open on the floor. the beds and pillows provided excellent comfort, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. i found the daily room cleaning to be consistent and thorough.

the staff were fluent in english. they provided detailed bus route information to various tourist spots which was particularly helpful. the staff was very attentive and polite, we appreciated that a lot.

the supermarket next door was very useful for quick snacks. the room design was clever and efficient. i found the location really central for getting around. the size of the bath was a definite plus.

the pillow was very hard and made sleeping uncomfortable. i hope they consider softer options.
