this hotel rocks i loved how clean the rooms were it was awesome! the breakfast every morning was pretty good i ate so much! plus there were free snacks and drinks.

the walls were thin i could hear everything next door i didn't liked that! the room was small felt a little cramped, so small! also, the taxi i ordered never arrived it was super annoying when i needed to leave.

Mixed experience, some issues observed

The bathroom really needs updates. When flushing, the toilet splashed water. I mentioned this, but they didn't fix it. The food I ordered looked nothing like the pictures. One dish even had old chicken, which I sent back. I WAS still charged for it, which annoyed me.

The hotel is close to two metro lines. I found the free tea, coffee, water and snacks provided a great bonus. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful .

The gym needs an upgrade. It could definitely benefit from a bigger room.

the location is central, it is on a quiet street. the cafe serves breakfast, and it serves meals all day long. the travel desk person helped plan our trip meticulously, it was super.

i tried to contact them for early check in through hotels com messaging, i emailed the email on their website and they never replied to any message. there is a foul smell coming from the bathroom at night, there was no window in the room so the smell can't go anywhere.
