attentive staff great food selection housekeeping services
The breakfast buffet featured an attentive staff and offered a great food selection. Housekeeping services were very punctual and thorough. I had a wonderful experience at the spa, with warm greetings and comfortable settings from the beginning.

a somewhat unremarkable stay
stained carpet slow service
My stay were okay, i guess. the room i got was a bit underwhelming, especially for what i paid. i found some stains on the carpet, it wasnt very inviting. the service at breakfast felt slow. Getting a simple coffee took ages and the staff seemed a bit preoccupied. overall, it wasn't terrible, but i've had better experiences elsewhere.

prompt service delicious coffee masala dosa
the breakfast service was prompt. i appreciated aakash and dinesh's attention after my flights. the masala dosa was great. also, the coffee was delicious.
the hotel didn't have plugs by the bedside.
