I appreciated the prompt service from Himanshi at the front desk. She was very helpful. The rooms were clean. I found the poolside area to be a very attractive feature of the hotel.

The hotel charged high prices for bottled water, which I found excessive. The menu also had limited options. Daal Makhni, a very popular dish, was missing from the menu. I found this disappointing.

the staff was like, super attentive, especially natasha at reception! she was very customer friendly and, like, gave nice service. breakfast had lots of options too, so that was great!

the rooms weren't the cleanest, i think. there was a weird, faint odor, kinda moist, ya know? also, the corners weren't clean either, so basic housekeeping wasn't good.

friendly staff helpful personnel

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. The front desk personnel, especially Kiranjeet, were very friendly and helpful. I received detailed information about the services. The location is convenient for business meetings.

There was a delay in addressing a service request. I contacted guest relations for assistance but had to follow up before someone arrived. This delayed response impacted my schedule.

surprisingly charmed

professional staff packed breakfast great colleague

I found the staff to be professional from check-in to check-out. i especially want to acknowledge the colleague who handled my check-in for room 319 on july 27, 2024. He even arranged a packed breakfast for my early departure. simran at the bar was also great. i give this hotel 10 out of 10.

i don't have any major complaints. the hotel was generally fine, though i did notice some minor wear and tear in certain areas.
