the check-in was fast and efficient, i appreciated the friendly staff at reception. our room was spacious and clean with a good view. the room attendants were pleasant to chat with and provided extra water bottles. good air conditioning was present, and a powerful shower worked very well.

I found the restaurant staff helpful. They were also friendly, attentive, and discreet. parsis makunga greets everyone with a charming smile. she is quick to serve and shows really good care that makes you feel honored.

The room was neat. ALL basic amenities were available including an iron and a dryer. The pool and gym were available to me. The breakfast had appealing options including sambar vada.

The hotel wifi doesn't support connection to the TV, so I had to use a hotspot.
