The room was big enough for me and my luggage. All the staff were good (always smiling!). I liked receiving an english newspaper to read in the morning. The selection of food for breakfast was nice.

The room amenities seemed a bit old and could use replacement. Amenities such as the brush and bodywash were minimal. I had to ask for them almost everyday. I felt a little insecure because of the internal door to the next room.

the mulchand metro station is right next to the hotel this was very convenient. the staff accommodated my request for early check in and also adjusted the complimentary breakfast i appreciated this flexibility

the tv channel guide listed channels that were not actually available for foreign guests i found this misleading. the hotel also offered a shuttle service from the airport it was not provided and i had to pay for taxis
