The team was excellent during my extended stay. They anticipated many of my needs. Ravina and Sonu were particularly helpful and warm. The hotel provides a flutist in the lobby, so the music was a relaxing touch.

I found that the restaurant service during the buffet was poor. No one attended to me. The staff was standing in groups.
