i stayed in the 'executive double room complimentary one way airport transfer on food soft beverages not on room dining'. the room's interiors are great with a nice swimming pool view. i noted not all rooms have this view. It depends on availability. concierge man hem was great. the chef in the café provided a lovely dining experience. The restaurant is on the ground floor.
i feel the breakfast items were not good. the poha was hard and stale on two days. chole was too spicy for a morning dish. paneer paratha had almost no stuffing inside it.

the lobby was VERY loud at times, making it hard to relax.

i found the breakfast service quite attentive i felt. darshanu ensured everyone were happy. the pizza impressed me. i think it was one of the best I've had. such passion, it really felt.
the tv, it didn't worked upon arrival I discovered. the hotel only provided ONE set of oral kits i saw. reservations were for two. the room preparation for check in was poor. oh, HOW MUCH i wish they had looked at it carefully.
