I am so very happy i chose this place. our room had such comfortable beds and such clean space. the staff showed themselves so polite and so attentive. i felt very welcomed in the garden restaurant. The service felt special.
the doorbell to my room seemed to fail at times.

i felt glad i chose this hotel for a little getaway. the staff was very kind and gave excellent service . the room was lovely and well equipped with amenities i needed. i enjoyed the nothing noisy near lodhi park, easy to reach by foot.
i noticed that the bathroom plumbing looked a bit old, and this made some noises.

The hotel restaurant offers delicious north-indian cuisine. The staff gave excellent recommendations. the breakfast selection was excellent, with many tasty choices. chef deepak joshi presented dishes and he provided a custom dessert, a sweet experience.

the room was super clean. the front desk staff, ching and karan, were always smiling and ready to help. at the lutyens for breakfast and lunch, zhou was really good.
The cabana rooms are a little tired. My room on the ground floor was a little smelly. the surround to the bath was cracked and badly repaired and the internal light in the cupboard wouldn't switch off, the catch was broken. the toilet was close to the wall. I could only sit sideways!

The gym had modern equipment and a wide range of machines. i used the swimming pool a lot. It had clean water and comfortable loungers. i enjoyed the restaurant choices. There were multiple cuisines available. the hotel's location was convenient, close to many attractions.
the room i was assigned wasn't ready when i arrived, a miscommunication caused delay. it was resolved, yet the initial wait was inconvenient. i feel there should be better coordination to avoid similar issues.
