The staff was amiable. The room was quite nice. A coffee corner was available with a super surprising breakfast bag hanging on our door each morning! I loved this special touch. The breakfast was enjoyable.
The shower temperature wasn't perfect. and water leaked outside the room after rain.

The family room had ample space with two large beds, ensuring everyone had a comfortable spot. I noticed the room included a mini-fridge which was great for storing drinks and snacks. Blackout curtains helped keep the room dark for better sleep.

I found complimentary coffee and drinks available at any time. free breads were also provided, a nice touch. the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. the location is central. I could walk to many attractions easily.
The room arrangement was a little like a maze. Navigating it took a moment.
