amazing experience, highly recommended!

The staff was helpful and friendly! i really liked the electric towel drying rack with temperature control, it worked great from 7 pm to 10 am for quick washes. the windows are distinctive curved french windows with white wooden doors. I enjoyed the privacy. the room was classic!

the staff was attentive to my requests! the front desk staff were friendly and helpful too. the porter offered assistance with luggage from calle atocha, where my taxi left me, i really appreciated that service. breakfast was delicious.

the hotel is in a central area, very historic! it is close to everything. the building itself is on the grounds of a royal residence and near to ancient water ways and cisterns, i enjoyed this experience. it is a great location.
