the staff was very helpful and friendly i received an upgrade to my booked room. the location is excellent with the metro very close it made getting around very easy

internal noise temperature control

The location was easily accessible. the hotel was conveniently near food places.

I expected a QUIETER stay. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Glass bottles were collected from the street at midnight. Internal noise was also evident. I was forced to use the window since I could not control the temperature otherwise.

the metro stations were a quick walk,. the hotel staff were great to my needs. the rooms were super clean and cozy. i didn't notice any major sounds from the street or other rooms, great for a peaceful experience.

the breakfast, although decent, was a bit expensive for what was offered.

the hotel's location provided easy access to public transportation. there were several restaurants and shops nearby, so everything i needed was within walking distance. the proximity to the metro made getting around very convenient!!!

fresh fruits delicious food

The breakfast included many options. I found various fresh fruits and pastries. The hotel also features a restaurant. I ate dinner there one evening and enjoyed the paella. It was flavorful and well-prepared.

The gym was a little small, but it have everything needed.
