friendly staff reception working area effective air conditioning
I booked a Double Room. Staff was friendly at all times. There is a working area at the reception level. I found the air conditioning to be effective.
The bathroom door doubled as the shower door, this allowed little privacy.

Though there is no breakfast, vending machines provide snacks and drinks. These machines accept UK bank debit cards with chip and pin. This proves quite convenient for late-night cravings.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from Mendez Alfaro subway and C10 lines. Proximity to the subway allows quick transport. Many restaurants sit at the street's end.

pleasant stay
friendly staff green mindset convenient location
the staff was friendly i noticed a green mindset throughout the hotel i found it to be very clean. the location was convenient with easy access to various transportation options i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. the bed was comfortable and i slept well
the hotel requested a payment as a security deposit via bookingcom i found the message stated i had only 24 hours to complete the payment. the accommodation had already been paid in full i thought it seemed very dodgy.

the staff were available around the clock to assist with requests i found the reception team to be helpful with directions and local tips. they seemed genuinely committed to.

many restaurants are located around the corner which i found convenient. the metro train and bus stations are within two blocks i appreciated having easy access to transportation for exploring the city.

helpful staff clean room convenient vending machines
The staff assisted me greatly . The rooms were clean. Vending machines offered convenient access to snacks and drinks at any hour. The proximity to both the train and metro stations made travel effortless.

the location was great. it was really close to the train station! the room was also super clean. i liked the machines where i could buy basic things at good prices.

clean room metro location poor wifi extended periods
the room was clean, and the location near the metro was acceptable.
The wifi was a real disappointment . It was unusable for youtube videos or streaming services, often going down for extended periods.
