I found the staff helpful and friendly. They allowed an early check-in, really appreciated after a long journey. The location is excellent (especially if you plan to travel by train), with Atocha station just across the road.

The room I stayed in felt small and somewhat basic. I found the lighting quite poor, difficult to use the safe located inside the wardrobe.

The breakfast offered a reasonable selection (nothing really good), sufficient for starting the day. I noted the dining area was somewhat small. Guests could find themselves in close proximity during peak hours.

the location is near the train station, making it easy to travel to other cities

the room i booked was very small i was surprised by this. barely any space existed around the bed the double bed felt smaller than expected. the air conditioning made clicking noises, and the tv remote did not work correctly.

the location was quite good. i could easily access the train station. the room and facilities seemed recently updated. that was a nice bonus.

the room i booked, a standard room, felt quite small. squeezing past the bed was difficult. i also noticed the tv did not work. i contacted the staff, but no one came to fix it.
