i found views from the room world class. i saw the aqueduct, the cathedral, and the alcázar. the sheets are high quality. in the morning, i asked for coffee and the staff brought it all the way to my room.
the heating felt out of control. our room was warm all night. i had to open the balcony door to sleep well.

the building architecture is very interesting and well maintained. i liked the large concrete beam structures. the view of the city center is fantastic. breakfast was excellent and offered many choices.
The restaurant desk refused to seat us outside despite available tables. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise fine experience. I hope they improve their service policies.

the location is astonishing. every room look across to the city and it is sun drenched during the day. the public spaces have a james bond villain style. i could easily get cabs into the city and back.
the restaurant staff were not friendly, they looked like they didn't want to be there.

The views were fine from everywhere, amazing! I enjoyed the warm swimming pool a lot. The staff members were nice and helpful. My bed was very comfortable. it was a super pleasant stay!
Access to the reception was a bit inconvenient because of a ribbon barrier. I had to carry my luggage a little further from the parking lot, not ideal.
