the free local travel pass rocked because i could explore the city super easy even the hotel was a bit from the main station. alexander at the front desk was seriously awesome, very helpful, and super nice. the mountain view from my room was so good. the room it was so clean

one small thing, there was only one outlet that was easy to reach in the room. it would be great to have a couple more places to plug in my stuff, especially near the bed, because my phone charging near bed is mandatory.

The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable! They provided excellent recommendations for transportation and snack options. The hotel offered free train tickets to the Luzerne city center, a mere 4 minutes away, a HUGE plus! The hotel room was spacious and very comfortable.

the mountain views from the room were amazing. the free transport voucher really simplified travel to luzern (it saved time and money). the worktop space in the room proved helpful for organizing my belongings. the electric shutters ensured total darkness, ideal for restful sleep.

the shower cubicle felt a bit small (especially for a taller person like me). it could be a more comfortable experience with a bit more space.
