my capsule was on the lower level and it was quite convenient. the bluetooth access for the hotel and my capsule worked smoothly. check-in and check-out were both easy and quick processes.

i found that the air renewal inside my capsule could have been better.

i found the women's bathroom particularly well-equipped. more than one hair dryer was available, and there were also shampoo, body lotion, and sanitary pads. the capsule itself felt spacious because of the big mirror. everywhere was clean, and the place had a nice modern vibe.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Bathrooms had a great design and were really clean with extra towels provided. I also appreciated the free sparkling water available in the dining area. It was a nice touch.

The earplugs available did not fully block out noise. Neighbors' movements were still audible, affecting sleep quality.

I found the beds REALLY comfortable AND the capsule's size suited me well. There was ample space. night time was quiet. i noticed excellent bathroom facilities, providing HOT showers, great shower gel, shampoo, and powerful dryers. i also liked the free luggage storage. It was very useful.

the absence of lockers allocated to each capsule became a slight inconvenience. upon my arrival, all available lockers were occupied, and the staff suggested that i keep my luggage inside the capsule.

The location is amazing! It is really close to everything. The cleanliness was also great. I noticed it all day. The bathrooms included nice amenities!

I did book an upper capsule, but they gave me a lower capsule. They said all the upper capsules were taken! The administrative process should improve. I think capsule hotels are not for everyone after this experience.

The location was very convenient! it was a short walk to the train station and near a market. the staff was kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. they provided dishes and cutlery, useful. the shared bathroom was consistently clean.

The earplugs provided were not effective enough. I could hear noises around me. this.
