Wonderful Stay Near the Lake

helpful staff renovated bathroom

Jessica at the front desk was so helpful with local information. The room was beautifully clean.. I found the bathroom recently renovated, a definite plus. The location is very convenient, a short walk to the lake and tram stops.

I found a long hair in the towel, and the sink wasn't cleaned as well as I expected.

friendly staff clean room lock safe

i found the staff very friendly and helpful! the room was clean and well decorated. i especially appreciated the lock safe, which gave me great peace of mind. the breakfast was a good surprise too!

Fantastic Stay, Central Location!

central location amazing buffet breakfast friendly staff

The hotel location was very nice , very central to public transportation and local stores. I loved the huge buffet breakfast , it included a great variety of sweet and savory options. The staff was friendly , they helped me store my luggage without problems.

I did not like that there was no guest card provided upon arrival. I had to ask specifically for it later at reception. I wish there was a better system for giving guest cards to the clients.

fresh bread central location

the location was central. it was close to the main train station, i used it a lot. breakfast included many options, i really liked the fresh bread.

the elevator was small, it was a tight fit with my luggage.
