A Convenient Place, Some Issues

The location is pretty good. It is close to the Palace. Our dogs were comfortable. The breakfast included a wonderful selection of foods.

My room was cold. The heating didn't work. The front desk staff did not seem interested in fixing things. No apology was offered for the room issue.

I loved how central this hotel was. Its location offered immediate access to lovely bars. the staff's kindness greatly enhanced the visit. the secure underground parking was very easy to access. the room was quiet and clean.

the coffee at the bar seemed a bit expensive, and i didn't find it really good, this was a minor issue though

the breakfast featured natural juices and a complete selection. the breakfast service was excellent, and the choice available met my needs. i particularly found that the dining space had a pleasant ambiance, contributing to a positive experience.

stuffy roomscrambled eggs

the air conditioning barely worked i set it to the lowest setting yet the room remained stuffy plus the breakfast selection felt limited the scrambled eggs tasted like they came from a carton the pastries seemed stale i expected more fresh options considering the hotel's reputation for breakfast the juice selection was also underwhelming with only basic flavors available. i missed fresh squeezed juice, basic juice selection.
