non-functioning ac rude staff

The location was good, and the breakfast had many options, so that was acceptable.

The AC did not work well in my room, and staff did not help at first. The room stayed at 28° C. I had to go to the front desk three times before staff moved me to a different room with functioning AC.

solid stay in a central location

helpful team immediate notification excellent assistance

the reception team was super helpful. my son forgot his jacket in our room. they notified us immediately via whatsapp. we got the jacket back two days later. i am grateful for their assistance during our return journey.

the location was perfect, though the breakfast had limited vegan options. i would have liked more plant-based choices available. there was a decent selection, but clearly fewer choices for vegans than for other guests.

excellent central stay

cute staff fabulous breakfast clean room helpful advice

I felt very welcomed. the breakfast was fabulous, and the room was clean. the sights were close enough for a short walk. the rooftop view was amazing. I often went up in the early morning and had it all to myself.

the air conditioning wasn't working, and the staff initially stated that it was working, but it did get resolved, though i had to insist..

the hotel sits atop a hill near the main square. zocodover plaza is within 50 meters. the plaza includes restaurants and bus stops to the train station and bus station. that makes commuting very convenient.

the receptionist provided a map with marked main sites. the staff showed willingness to help with any questions or concerns. the hotel offers luggage storage facilities. this service was very helpful as i arrived before check-in time.

the breakfast buffet included fresh rolls and individual tongs. fresh orange juice and baked croissants were available. the rooftop terrace provides drinks and food from 12 noon until 8 pm, weather permitting. it has a lovely view.

The room i had included comfy beds and fluffy pillows. the room itself was very clean. All the amenities i needed were there. my room was quiet, i did not hear noises from the elevator doors opening. i had enough space.

i found the staff helpful . they offered maps with key locations marked. the rooftop terrace has lovely views, offering food and drinks. the buffet breakfast was varied, with fresh rolls and a wide selection.

i had difficulty with the air conditioning. it didn't always turn on. i had to open and close the window to get it working.
