the location was convenient, just a quick taxi ride from the airport. check-in was fast, and the staff was helpful and kind. i requested a taxi upon leaving, and the receptionist promptly arranged it for me.

The room temperature control was challenging. the hotel operated on heat only, and i found it difficult to cool the room down. Opening a window offered limited relief.

the hotel features a gym equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes for fitness enthusiasts. there is also a refreshing pool area, complete with twenty comfortable loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. i also saw a restaurant that's open all-day long.

The location is great, with easy access to IFEMA. Breakfast and dinner buffets offered a fantastic variety of options. The restaurant staff were helpful and the food quality was excellent. I liked the fresh bread and fruits. I appreciated the complimentary parking provided by the staff during my first night, given it was Christmas time.

The hotel bar seemed understaffed.
