Solid choice near Gran Via
helpful staff upgraded room central location
The hotel staff was very helpful. I got an upgraded room upon arrival and it was a nice surprise. Breakfast offered good variety and was a great way to start the day. The central location made exploring very convenient.
The rooftop access was limited due to private events, it made it difficult to enjoy the bar.

Breakfast included many choices and had hot selections available. The lobby bar also serves food, this provided additional dining options. The restaurant has somewhat elaborate cuisine, but catered to our needs professionally.

the location is excellent, just off the main street. my room included tea and coffee facilities, convenient. breakfast offered many choices, including dairy-free options.

perfect gran via experience
excellent service comfortable bed central location great view
the staff provided excellent service. arturo, the manager, greatly assisted when i experienced an issue. i also liked that the location was central, near transit and restaurants. the bed felt comfortable with nice bedding (i slept so well!). the rooftop bar provided a great view.
the elevators seemed a bit slow, but i had no real issues with them.

the hotel is located near many tourist sites, restaurants, and shops. it sits just steps from the gran via. the position gives you easy access, and a great choice of dining options around the area.

the hotel features a rooftop bar, a restaurant and a lobby bar. i noticed the breakfast buffet included hot foods, breads, pastries, meats, and fresh fruits. also, the staff seemed efficient and friendly which added positively to the overall atmosphere.

the staff were friendly enough. the hotel was accessible to main attractions.
the rooftop was constantly booked for private events, so it was almost impossible to have a drink there. the room felt very small and i was expecting more when it comes to the amenities. the washroom didn't meet my expectations either.
