I specifically requested a quiet room and received ONE for the entire week. It included its own private outdoor terrace. I enjoyed sitting out most nights. I watched the sunset over the rooftops before dinner. The hotel had thoughtful facilities like a library with views.

There are a few nice options in the street. I especially liked Rodilla. The attached cafeteria offers breakfast, snacks, and drinks. The breakfast service was good, I would recomend the cheesecake.

The rooms were clean. They included soap, shampoo, and dental cleaning products. The beds were comfortable, AS I EXPECTED. A television was installed. The air conditioning worked well.

The hotel has a library, with art and sculpture throughout the hotel. It also has an eighth-floor patio. I found the proximity to the metro station very convenient. Access to major tourist spots WAS simple.

the hotel features modernist furnishings i found quirky and attractive. the hotel is very close to atocha station. the staff accommodated my request to hold luggage before check-in after i arrived. a little cafeteria next door offered convenient breakfast options.
The curtains were thin. The early morning sun disrupted my sleep.

Excellent Location and Friendly Service

My room was quite clean and included soap, shampoo, and dental products. The staff was super friendly, offering great city advice and assistance with changing my room after one night. I also appreciated being within walking distance from Atocha train station and near two metro stations.
I found the curtains were thin. This allowed too much light into the room during sunrise. A bright balcony light shone through the curtains all night, and I could not switch it off.

The hotel location provides quick access to various attractions. An underground station is just a few yards from the entrance. The top floor gives access to a terrace and it provides seating in a quiet location for snacks or reading.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. They gave all information requested with spot on accuracy. I felt welcome at the reception and I received assistance with all my questions regarding directions or things to do.

Delicias Metro and train station is located within a minute walk of the building. Several bus routes are also present on the street outside. I was able to quickly access all the city's attractions and sights via available transit options.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, THIS is important. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout my stay. The hotel location is close to the Delicias subway station.
The curtains are thin. The morning light made it difficult to sleep.
