the location was perfectly placed for restaurants and shops. breakfast was wonderful with both buffet and a la carte options.

i requested a change of room to get more sun (i really wanted that warmth), but the reception staff were unhelpful. their rudeness was really disappointing and put a damper on my stay.

the adult-only area was excellent , it was very tidy. staff was great and the restaurant in the royal level was superb.

the dinner wasn't that good , i found food wasn't clearly labelled at the buffet.

amazing stay dinner menu heated pool

The royal level concept includes all meals served as a menu, AND a buffet. Dinner menus included steaks, salmon, and lobster on specific days. The infinity pool was heated, so the water temperature was amazing TOO.
