beach access modern ambiance helpful staff
i greatly appreciated the direct beach access, it made seaside visits very easy. The pool area always had available sunbeds. the staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience
the entertainment music was a little loud, even with the balcony doors closed.

the staff exhibited really good friendliness. the poolside bar was convenient for drinks. the refurbishment brought modern updates. i found the location amazing near the beach and golden mile.
The breakfast buffet got crowded during peak hours with limited fruit choices. It affected my overall dining experience a little.

boring pool area excessive prices
the location was great, right at the beach.
The pool area lacked any atmosphere. it was boring. There was no background music. the pool bar prices were excessive. 4.50 Euros for a coke seemed a rip off.

during my stay, the hotel staff impressed me with their service! the staff always responded quickly to any requests. i felt our needs as guests were prioritized, this.
the cleaners discarded personal items left on the bathroom side, this was a definite downside. there was no compensation offered.
