decent stay but some issues

cracked tiles live music area

the breakfast was acceptable with a decent variety of options available.

the room was quite dated it needs a serious refurbishment. i found cracked tiles and insufficient power sockets. a live music area nearby kept me awake until midnight. i had to pay a supplement for a quiet room after complaining.

beautiful grounds cascading pools high standard rude staff long wait missing drink

the grounds were beautiful , much nicer than usual hotels with all the different styles of buildings. the cascading pools were fine , i loved that. the breakfast buffet maintained a very high standard of choice and service , i was pleased.

the beach bar visit was disappointing , i waited 40 minutes to order. the staff seemed rude when i asked to order after waiting. we ordered and waited another 45 minutes , and the drinks arrived with one missing.

lovely pools great architecture diverse cuisine

the pools are lovely. it was easy to walk into the town. there were many restaurants available, so i didn't have to leave the hotel to find diverse cuisine. the architecture is great!!!

the menu at the beach club restaurant could offer a few more lighter bites.

the hotel is close to town and easily accessible. many restaurants are a short walk. there is a shopping mall very close with a good supermarket. it is also next to the beach.

the rooms include comfortable beds and daily cleaning. the housekeeping staff does an amazing job of keeping everything super clean. i had a double room with a garden view. the room was ideal.

the breakfast buffet is very diverse and delicious. i liked that fresh-pressed juices were available every morning. there are many restaurants on the hotel, so i didn't have to leave to find a different type of food.

the hotel has multiple pools for different preferences. one pool is heated, and others have salt or fresh water. the gym offers professional fitness classes and aqua fitness, a great addition. the gardens are well-kept and tropical.
