the hotel had a great location. i found anything i needed around it. the pools and surrounding areas seemed well maintained. the food had diverse options and the staff was nice and helpful (i liked that).

the mattresses felt cheap to me. i could feel the springs as i turned over in bed. the entertainment room seemed unfit for its purpose as others mentioned. the all-inclusive dining setup was not great to me.

superb hotel stay!

clean room great service

I had a blast at this spot! the room was super clean and the staff replaced towels when needed. i loved the free bus to los cristianos. It was a nice change of scenery. bars and restaurants around the hotel offered even more variety.

the gym was pretty awful, i must admit. it had only one treadmill, and the cross trainer didn't work. i went at 8 am and about twenty people crammed themselves in the small space to workout.

peaceful location wonderful suite good housekeeping

I found the location peaceful near golf courses. our suite (i booked a frontal ocean view suite) was wonderful. the housekeeping service impressed me. i particularly enjoyed the swimming pool by the ocean. It was a great spot for a relaxing dip (even though i prefer to swim in the morning).

some things need improvements, but overall, my stay was good.

fantastic hotel stay

decent food comfortable room

i found the complex quite large and very clean. the food was decent, and the hotel offered good vibes. manuel from the entertainment team was great (especially the poolside entertainment!). the room was a comfortable base to explore the surrounding area.

i booked two seaview rooms, but my view was partially obstructed. i could see the mountains to the right and a partial sea view to the left. my balcony overlooked the car park, concrete land, and the flight path to the airport. (the planes were interesting though!).

the food was quite plentiful, with options for every taste (the pizzas were a real treat). there were many all-inclusive drink choices, more than i have experienced elsewhere. you certainly won't go hungry here.

i found the room to be spacious. it was a suite ocean view with a double balcony overlooking the quieter pool (that suited me). cleanliness was immaculate throughout my stay. there was also a free bus service to los cristianos and las americas twice daily (except saturdays).
