secure parking shuttle service

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to the cruise terminal. This was very convenient. the underground parking was free. It provided secure access to the hotel.

convenient stopover!

seamless check-in clean room secure parking garage friendly staff

The hotel provided a good rest stop before heading to whistler. I appreciated the seamless check-in. the room was very nice and clean, and the front desk staff encouraged us to get the complimentary breakfast. the secure parking garage was a plus, and i felt safe .

The location next to a high-speed street made it quite noisy throughout the night. It impacted my sleep quality, and i suggest soundproofing improvements.

breakfast buffet shuttle service

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. The complimentary shuttle service to the cruise terminal was useful. The driver was friendly and helpful. He provided clear directions.

The gym was small, and it lacked free weights.

tasty choices good location loose ceiling unavailable coins

The breakfast was excellent with tasty choices. The service was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant! the location was good. It had plenty of restaurants at walking distance, which the hotel has a list at hand.

The smoke detector and false ceiling in the room was loose and hanging. the guest laundry had only one washer and dryer. $1 Coins are not available at the front desk!

neglected parking area no staff explanation

The hotel looked alright when i arrived, but little things started to bother me. the parking area looked kinda neglected. It could use some serious cleaning. there was also this strange incident. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. nobody from the staff bothered to explain anything to us after we all stood outside. it was a pretty unsettling experience and i found it hard to relax after that.
