the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. i requested a taxi and the staff promptly arranged it. i was able to check into my room before the stated check-in time. the hotel's location allowed easy access to both public transport and nearby attractions.

the vending machines was quite dated, and one of them did not dispense my drink properly.

the hotel is close to robson street with various cafes and restaurants, offering plenty of choices for dining! there is also a starbucks and a burger joint just next door.

fantastic spot!

heated pool area hot tub quick service room upgrade

I really liked the hotel's location. It was close to everything i wanted to see. the pool area was heated, and the hot tub was definitely hot enough for a great soak! i didn't initially have robes in my room, but a quick call to the front desk solved that problem right away. also i got a complimentary upgrade to a better room, a nice surprise!

The restaurant wasn't my favorite. I think i'll check out other spots nearby next time.

The location was special. it made exploring the city easy, i could easily wander to different spots. my room had everything i needed. the bathroom was particularly nice. It felt spacious and clean.

the valet parking felt mandatory. it made accessing my car difficult without assistance! contacting the front desk was harder than i expected. i experienced delays in getting help with my vehicle. the room felt slightly dated. the phones and plugs could use upgrades.

I found the check-in process very cute. it really set a positive tone for my entire visit. the staff's friendliness and efficiency. i also really appreciated the room upgrade i received. It was a good surprise!

I did have some trouble contacting the front desk to arrange for my vehicle. This was a minor inconvenience.

The staff provided excellent assistance. Both the evening and daytime teams were helpful. they arranged taxis with handicap capability for me. they also secured tickets to the canada flyover and arranged a refund when i couldn't use them.

the food quality was very good and exceeded my expectations for a hotel restaurant. the service elevated the dining experience even further. the coffee was excellent and always freshly brewed.
