The location was special. it made exploring the city easy, i could easily wander to different spots. my room had everything i needed. the bathroom was particularly nice. It felt spacious and clean.

the valet parking felt mandatory. it made accessing my car difficult without assistance! contacting the front desk was harder than i expected. i experienced delays in getting help with my vehicle. the room felt slightly dated. the phones and plugs could use upgrades.

I found the check-in process very cute. it really set a positive tone for my entire visit. the staff's friendliness and efficiency. i also really appreciated the room upgrade i received. It was a good surprise!

I did have some trouble contacting the front desk to arrange for my vehicle. This was a minor inconvenience.

The staff provided excellent assistance. Both the evening and daytime teams were helpful. they arranged taxis with handicap capability for me. they also secured tickets to the canada flyover and arranged a refund when i couldn't use them.

the food quality was very good and exceeded my expectations for a hotel restaurant. the service elevated the dining experience even further. the coffee was excellent and always freshly brewed.

the hotel provides plenty of luggage carts, which i found useful. the hotel also strives to implement environmentally good practices, something i appreciate. the lobby is big and very inviting!
